NEVER - NEVER - NEVER HAVE A SURGE PROTECTOR BETWEEN YOUR LASER PRINTER AND THE WALL OUTLET.  The surge protector can create a problem in the cartridge and cause the mag sleeve to burn out. This will cause light printing.  ALWAYS plug your laser printer directly into the wall outlet.
If you are printing "white" items; coffee cups, white aluminum, mousepads etc; the EPSON ink jet printer is better than the laser printer. There is a microscopic amount of toner in the background of a laser printer and you will most likely print a light shodow or grey area everywhere the paper touches your object. This is so light it will not show up on gold or silver metal but it will on white objects. Laser printers are usually the best printer for printing aluminum trophy plates and the ink jet is better for "soft" items, tiles and coffee mugs.

Sublimation does not print cotton.

Is the Paper important?

With a laser printer always use cheap paper, the
Office Supply House Brand should be great.
However with the ink jet printer; it is most  important that you use the correct paper, one that will prohibit the ink from soaking into the paper. The ink needs to stay on the surface of the paper.  TOG SUBLIbriteTM ink jet paper is perfect for this job.

Reset Corel Draw to Factory Defaults
If your color profiles have been working and then just stop, it is possible that Corel has become corrupt and needs to be reset to factor defaults. You will then need to go back to "tools" and pull down the "Color Management Window and reset this to your previous TOG settings.

This is how you do it.

Close Corel Draw.   Hold down the "F8" button and launch Corel. This window will open;
"Are you sure you want to overwrite the current workspace with factory defaults?"
check the "yes" button.
